That's an interesting way of doing the ranking as well Thanks for doing the math!
Another method I have considered is to take the 10 highest ranked songs per album (because each album has at least 10 songs) and see what the total score is. The lower the score, the better the album. Not sure if that would be fair, but it depends on the semi-philosophical question of: Is the quality of an album always determined by the quality of the individual songs, or is an album with 3 fantastic songs and 7 boring songs better than an album with 10 okay songs? I'm not sure I have the answer, but in some ways the ranking you've come up with there seems pretty fair to me I think SOTR benefits from being somewhat coherent, whereas the remaining albums have songs that we struggle more with.
Best A-side? That's more difficult than I thought, but it's another one we have considered for Season 2. I would say that SD is difficult to beat as I love all 5 songs. Jesper might see it differently as he doesn't have much love for October.
EOTSWOTM is a strong contender as well, but maybe SF and ICYN haven't aged as well as the SD tracks? MB... close but probably not THE best A-side.
How do you see the album ranking and the A-side question?
