Cool! Nicht nur Take on Me ist in der Serie zu hören, sondern auch The Sun Always Shines On TV!!!
ZitatLater, when Marlene and the other Fireflies return to the safe house, they find Anna holding Ellie and singing A-ha's "The Sun Always Shines on TV" — a song that would have been on Ellie's A-ha cassette tape that we see in episode 7. It's a touching detail that links present-day Ellie to Anna, even though Ellie doesn't have any conscious memories of her mother.
Achtung, Spoiler!

The importance of A-ha's "Take On Me" in The Last of Us can't be overstated. It was already in the trailers for Season 1, and we finally got to hear it in Episode 7, when Riley shows Ellie how wonderful escalators really are. This song is perhaps the defining song for Ellie's whole journey throughout the franchise, from bratty young teenager to strong and determined woman. It also plays a huge part in the sequel game, The Last of Us Part II, with a beautiful acoustic cover performed by Ellie's original voice actor, Ashley Johnson.

Yep, another A-ha song. This time, it plays after the opening credits on the season finale, "Look For The Light", but not how you might expect. It's the song Anna (Ashley Johnson) sing to her newborn daughter, Ellie, after they both survive a Clicker attack while Anna was giving birth. Marlene (Merle Dandridge) finds the two of them, as Anna lulls Ellie to sleep singing "The Sun Always Shines on TV", showing that A-ha runs in Ellie's blood. The music video ends with singer Morten Harket becoming a drawing and being forced to leave his loved one, much like Anna, who was bitten by the Clicker, is forced to leave her daughter before turning into a Clicker herself.
After Anna births Ellie and kills the infected, The Last of Us episode 9 shows Marlene finding her. As Marlene travels through the house, Anna can be heard singing "The Sun Always Shines On T.V." by A-ha. After the inclusion of "Take On Me" in Last of Us episode 7, the song choice by Anna is intentional by the creators as a way of furthering the setup of season 2. A-ha's "Take On Me" is included in a vital scene in The Last of Us Part II for Ellie's character, meaning the continued use of A-ha further sets this up while explaining Ellie's love for the band through Anna.
The musical component of The Last of Us season 2 was also set up again through Ellie's mother. The opening sequence in The Last of Us season 1's finale included Anna singing "The Sun Always Shines On T.V." by A-ha. She sings this to Ellie as they wait for Marlene to find them after the infected attack that helped make Ellie immune to the virus and guaranteed Anna's death. While the specific song Anna sings is never featured in either The Last of Us game, another hit A-ha song does have a role to play in Ellie's The Last of Us season 2 story.

During Ellie's portion of the Seattle storyline in The Last of Us Part II, she plays an acoustic cover of A-ha's song "Take On Me." The somber cover comes after she begins to play the last song that Joel played for her. The Last of Us season 1's finale continues to add meaning behind Ellie's love for A-ha songs through Anna. The band is now associated with her mother's death, while "Take On Me" played in The Last of Us episode 7 too as Ellie and Riley had fun before the latter's death. The Last of Us season 2 featuring Ellie's cover of A-ha's song will be even more meaningful.

ZitatBoost für A-ha nach The Last of Us
The Last of Us erschien.
ZitatOne very important aspect of the show is that many of the scenes exactly resemble the game which to me was truly amazing. Even many small little details like how in one episode you can see a cassette tape on Ellie’s desk for the song Take On Me by A-ha and they even play this song during a flashback scene with Ellie. This alludes to a scene in the second game where Ellie plays a very pretty acoustic version of the song on her guitar. I absolutely love this version of the song that I learned how to play the song on guitar myself; so I enjoyed this small detail.
Mit IP ist "intellectual property", also geistiges Eigentum gemeint.
ZitatIP is also clearly very important, with the presentation highlighting Sony’s multi-faceted, multi-media approach to expanding its key IP like The Last of Us, Gran Turismo and Uncharted. It calls out The Last of Us as having become the most-watched show in history in Europe and Latin America, as well as boosting the sales of The Last of Us games and a Sony-published song used in the series (A-Ha’s “Take On Me”). Sony has reportedly invested 1 trillion yen (nearly $11 billion AUD) into its IP over the last five years alone.

Da ist u.a auch Ashley Johnson & Chris Rondinellas Version von Take On Me dabei!
ZitatBaker then ended the show with a short acoustic cover of Take On Me by A-Ha, and Joel’s now-famous rendition of Future Days by Pearl Jam, both of which feature in The Last of Us Part II.
