Betrifft den Einlass und die Tickets:
It's almost time to party!
In just over a week, on December 3, we will all be gathering at Folketeateret for the biggest a-ha fan party ever! It will definitely be a night to remember.
We are expecting between 1000 -1200 fans to attend the fan party. Since most party guests will show up around the same time after the concert, there will probably be a queue at the door. We will do our best to get everyone into the venue and enjoying the party as quickly as possible!
Standing in a queue is no fun, and it is even worse if you have no idea what the wait is for. So we wanted to let you all know what to expect when you arrive at Folketeateret and ask for your help to make the party entrance go as smoothly as possible.
~ There will be two tables outside the party venue, and the guest list will be divided by surname (for example surnames beginning with A-K and L-Z). Please check to see which queue you should join based on the surname of the person who bought the ticket.
~ Each party guest will be checked off on the guest list we receive from Billettservice. Please bring your printed ticket and an ID. If you bought more than one ticket, please try to arrive as a group if possible.
~ If you have sold your ticket to another fan, please e-mail party@a-ha.com by November 29 and tell us the name of the person you sold your ticket to so we can update the guest list.
~ Each party guest will get a wristband, two drink tickets and a prize raffle ticket at/near the entrance. After that, all you have to do is have fun!
The fan party crew will be on hand to help move everyone through the queue as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience if there are some delays. The party crew will be wearing red t-shirts so you can easily find us if you have questions or need assistance.
